The project winning in the category of Office: LARGE: creative consist of a 70,000 sq. ft. warehouse office conversion in Los Angeles, with high bay space and a mezzanine level. The design primarily focuses on open workstations support with collaborative spaces. The main challenge was to coordinate all the floor power/data trench to support workstations and providing desired lighting level within a large volume space.
