And to top it off another ARC success, the CBRE Headquarters gets Gold for Best Tenant Improvement Project.
ARC’s is part of the IMAX team which will move all 120 employees now housed in Santa Monica to a new building to be completed in about a year. Developer Lincoln Property Co. is building the 66,000-square-foot facility that IMAX will own.
ARC’s own Lily Iryami passed USGBC LEED® GA Exam. Congratulations to her.
Our own United Talent Agency (UTA) project won Interior Design 2013 Best of Year Award for Best Large Media Office.
Creative Office space met Historic Building for the Modern Advertising Agency “72 and Sunny”. ARC managed to blend both, working with the team from the time the client was looking for sites to its successful completion.

ARC’s project MONA is a museum with some of Southern California’s most iconic pieces of neon art, it’s a museum without an actual museum. But that’s soon to change. Ground officially broke at the museum’s new home in downtown Glendale on Wednesday.
