Dos Lagos Corporate Office Park / Lakeshore Plaza
The first significant project for ARC in 2006, Dos Lagos is a master-planned development for a corporate campus at Lakeshore Plaza in Corona, CA. Working with architect Ronald Frink and Associates, the project consists of 3 Class A office buildings with an approximate gross area of 160,000 sq. ft. each. Construction on the first building was completed in early 2008, with building 2 slated to start at after building one is fully leased.
As part of an innovative and efficient design, the development has a central plant that delivers condenser water to the buildings as the source of cooling,
Originally not scheduled for LEED certification, the decision to go LEED came during construction and required some re-designing and re-configuration. ARC stepped in and provided design leadership in a way that did not significantly impact the scheduled rollout of the first building.
Constructed by Snyder Langston, the already completed building is a six-story office tower spanning approximately 160,000 sq. ft.
