3 Ball Productions, one of the top reality television producers needed a new space in Redondo Beach, CA.
ARC designed a full warehouse conversion with a full MEP service upgrade and provided the design for an exposed HVAC look. Multiple skylights capture the nearly constant sunlight.
The existing old warehouse was ultimately converted into a beautiful, flowing and entertaining creative space that all enjoy. ARC teamed with Studio V, Corporate Contractor and JLL PM to provide a smooth on-budget and on-time project delivery to the client.
