Google Beverly Hills

Furthering its Southern California expansion, Google made a deal with the city of Beverly Hills to open a 13,465-square-foot office for the company’s entertainment division in a city-owned property. Looking to establish a greater presence in Los Angeles as people begin to watch more online video on their televisions, and after acquiring You Tube in 2010 Google chose to create an office space/ conference center in Beverly Hills to showcase their products in the emerging entertainment business district. ARC leveraged it's success at Google Venice to design a beautifully functioning MEP system.
