ARC Engineering has an ongoing collaboration with a Confidential Investment Company and has provided extensive MEP services for multiple floors within the building.
In 2008 they commenced work on the restack of the company’s Los Angeles headquarters at 333. S. Hope Street in downtown L.A. The 286,000 sq. ft., 12-floor restack progressed in eight design and construction phases and included swing space design and extensive shuffling of employees as MEP systems were implemented in renovated training rooms, a telepresence room, pantry, new work station and redesigned office spaces.
The 2.5 yr. project finished towards the end of 2011. ARC teamed with Rottet Studio, Taslimi and Cushman Wakefield PM on the $30 million dollar restack.
