The recently merged Thomson Reuters company needed to significantly increase space in an
existing site located in a Culver City office building. ARC Engineering was enlisted to provide the MEP systems and the tenant-improvement project began in 2011.

The 26,500 sq. ft. renovation integrates the client’s strong new corporate identity and provides employees with open collaborative workspace as well as modular workstations and features a “gallery” space to display various work – from web-based to television, editorial news and historical Reuters photography. The building features raised floor throughout with under-floor air distribution, which allows for greater ceiling height, maximized natural light and consolidated electrical and mechanical systems.

ARC teamed with Perkins + Will on the 5 month project which was completed in 2012.
