EHarmony

eHarmony had been based in Pasadena for many years and a re-branding and expansion moved them to “Silicon Beach” in Santa Monica.

ARC was the Santa Monica building’s Consulting Engineer, and knew the structure and systems, and when eHarmony went looking for a space in what were formerly the Yahoo offices, ARC stepped in to provide consultation and eventually the new MEP designs for the expansion. The Team included Wirt Design, CBRE project management and Taslimi Construction

eHarmony had to re-think their office space strategy with the opportunity of a brand new space: paying attention to the configuration of employee workspaces and general space planning. ARC leveraged its experience both in the building itself and with the city of Santa Monica to achieve a smooth transition and major re-location for a dynamic, forward-looking 21st Century company.
