ARC Engineering commenced work on the 3-floor restack of Allston & Bird’s downtown Los Angeles offices at 333. South Hope St. in 2012. The 3-phase project, which totals approx. 80,000 sq. ft., consists of MEP tenant improvement systems for the firm’s basement and upper two floors and will be complete by the end of 2013. ARC has teamed with Wirt Design Group and Turner Construction Company on the restack project.
